Many repairs are billed according to an hourly rate, while others have standard fees. The price may change depending on the nature of the work. Please call us if you would like a general idea of what a repair might cost.

Cleanup & Windows Repair - If software problems aren't too extensive, we may be able to repair your computer without having to erase it and start fresh. When problems are more significant, we recommend a clean install of your operating system.

Fresh Windows Installation - We can reinstall your operating system from scratch. If you have any important data, we can save it for you before reinstalling. Programs that you had installed after getting your computer will need to be reinstalled.

Virus & Malware Removal - We can attempt to clean up and remove any unwanted software from your computer. Sometimes, the best way to deal with viruses or malware is to do a clean installation of your operating system.

Service Calls - While we prefer to work on computers at our store location, we can come to you and provide on-site technical support if the problem doesn't sound too significant.

CompTIA A+ Certified Technician - This certification is an internationally recognized credential that validates the knowledge and skills of computer service technicians.

The Computer Loft is a Verizon Wireless Authorized Agent. We can help you get a new cell phone plan, transfer your service from another provider, or upgrade to a new phone. We stock new phones and accessories including cases, batteries, and chargers.
