Common Repairs and Prices

Many repairs are billed according to an hourly rate. Others have standard fees. The price may change depending on the nature of the work.

For labor based rates, a minimum of .5 hours will be charged.

Windows Installation - Additional Programs, Data Backup, etc. may be extra.

Virus Removal - If the computer is heavily infected and removal of the viruses would take a great deal of time or could corrupt files, a clean installation of Windows may be recommended.

Service Calls - We can drive to the site of the problem and provide you with on-site technical support. If necessary, the computer may have to be brought in to the store for more in-depth repairs.

CompTIA A+ certification is an international credential that validates the knowledge and skills of computer service technicians.
